Haryana Happy Card: Haryana government has launched Antyodaya Parivar Parivahan Yojana (Happy). Under this scheme, poor families of the state will be provided free travel facility up to 1000 km in a period of 1 year in Haryana Roadways buses.

Haryana Happy Card Application Process
First you have to go to the official website of Haryana Transport Department.
There you have to click on the “Apply Happy Card” option.
A new page will open as soon as you click.
On that page, you have to enter your family ID.
Then you have to enter the given captcha code and click on the “Send OTP” option.
An OTP will be sent to the mobile number registered with your family ID, which you have to verify.
Now the application form for “Happy Card” will open in front of you.
Now you have to enter all the information asked from you.
After that, you have to upload the documents asked for.
And then make the final submission.
After applying, you will get the date and place of the card through SMS.
In this way you can apply for Haryana Happy Card.
How to download Haryana Happy Card
When you apply for Happy Card as per the process mentioned above. After that you are given a date through SMS.
During this date you can get Happy Card by visiting your nearest Roadways Department office. Currently, no link or official website has been issued by the Haryana State Government to download Happy.
That is, you cannot download Happy Card online. You can get the Happy Card only from your nearest roadways office.
Eligibility for Haryana Happy Card
Eligible families who are native residents of Haryana state can get Happy Card made.
To get Happy Card made, it is mandatory for the citizen to be under Antyodaya category.
All such families of the state whose annual income is less than ₹ 100000 will be eligible to get Happy Card made.
