2025 Seagull: Chinese electric four-wheeler maker BYD has launched the 2025 Seagull. The special thing is that when the company launched it for the first time, its price started at CNY 78,000 (about Rs 9 lakh). The company has now also given a small battery pack option in it.
The price of the base Vitality Edition with 30.08 kWh battery starts at CNY 69,800 (about Rs 8 lakh). The top-spec Flying Edition with 38.88 kWh battery variant is priced at CNY 85,800 (about Rs 10 lakh). That is, its price has come down by about Rs 1 lakh.
2025 Seagull Design and looks
Talking about looks then, the dimensions of the 2025 BYD Seagull electric car are the same as before. It is 3780 mm in length, 1715 mm in width, 1540 mm in height. Its wheelbase is 2500 mm.
Talking about its design, no changes have been made to it on the front side. Therefore, the front looks the same as before. At the rear, the Build Your Dreams lettering has been replaced with BYD lettering.
2025 Seagull specification
Talking about specification then, the base Vitality Edition gets 15-inch steel wheels with wheel covers. While the Freedom Edition and Flying Edition get 16-inch aluminum alloy wheels.
It is getting 4 exterior color options, which include Arctic Blue, Warm Sun White, Polar Night Black and Peach Pink. Interior color options include Deep Ocean Blue and Dune Pink.
Features of 2025 Seagull
Talking about its features, it is equipped with mobile wireless charger, heated front seats and electrically adjustable driver seats. It has a 7-inch instrument screen and a 10.1-inch rotatable infotainment screen.
Its 30.08 kWh battery pack gives a range of about 305Km on a single charge and the 38.8 kWh battery pack gives a range of 405Km on a single charge. It reaches a speed of 0-50 kmph in 4.9 seconds.
