PM Kisan Update News: PM Kisan Yojana has been started by the central government to help the farmers financially. So far, the 17th installment has been sent under the PM Kisan Yojana, and now crores of farmers in India are waiting for the 18th installment.

It has not been officially announced yet when the next installment will be released. But before that, big news is coming out for the farmers. A big change has happened before the 18th installment; now the beneficiaries of the PM Kisan Yojana will be able to update their mobile number themselves from the PM Kisan portal or app.
If you have changed your mobile number, then this is important information for you to update the mobile number immediately from the PM Kisan portal. You do not need to go anywhere to update the number. You can do this work from your computer, laptop, or mobile while sitting at home. By following the steps given below, you can easily update the number.
Step 1: First of all, you have to go to the PM Kisan Portal: https://pmkisan.gov.in/.
Step 2: Here you will get the updated mobile number, on which you have to click.
Step 3: After entering the registration number or Aadhaar number here, enter the captcha code and click on the Search button.
Step 4: Now check the consent and click on Get Aadhaar OTP.
Step 5: An OTP will come on the mobile linked to your Aadhaar. Enter it in the given box and click on the Verify button.

Step 5: After this, your complete details will be in front of your screen. It will contain your registration number, your name, mobile number, Aadhaar number, date of birth, and gender. Now enter the new mobile number in the box given at the bottom and click on Get OTP.
Step 6: Enter the OTP and verify. In this way, your new number will be added.
The PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana was started by the Government of India in the year 2018. The purpose of this scheme run by the central government is to help poor and economically weak farmers. Through the scheme, 6 thousand rupees are given annually in the account of farmers. Now the 18th installment will be released by the government very soon.
