Toyota Rumion: Seeing the increasing demand for automatic cars in the Indian market, Toyota Kirloskar Motor has launched a new automatic variant of its affordable 7-seater car Rumion.

The new grade Toyota Rumion G-AT variant has been introduced with an ex-showroom price of Rs 13 lakh. This MPV has been given Neo Drive (Integrated Starter Generator-ISG) technology, which is tremendous in terms of performance.

Toyota Kirloskar Motor India has introduced its new Rumion with comfort, style, premium exterior design and tremendous mileage capacity. Rumion, which came as a re-badged version of the country’s best-selling MPV Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, was earlier sold in several manual and automatic variants.

Power and mileage

The new Toyota Rumion G has a 1.5-liter K-series petrol engine and this can generates a maximum power of 103 hp and a peak torque of 137 Nm. It also has 6-speed automatic transmission options. According to the company’s claim, the mileage of this automatic variant of Rumion is up to 20.11 kilometers per liter.

Emphasis on safety features

Talking about features, the Toyota Rumion has a 7-inch SmartPlay Cast touchscreen audio system, which is with Toyota i-Connect as well as wireless Android Auto and Apple Car Play support. In this, you can control climate, lock/unlock, hazard light and many connected features with the help of remote. Toyota has introduced Rumion with advanced safety features, which include dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, hill hold, electronic stability program.

Premium exterior design

Talking about the look and design, it has stylish and premium exterior design as well as Toyota MPV’s signature front grille with chrome finish, LED taillamps, dual tone alloy wheels, back door chrome garnish, luxury interior with dual tone wooden finish, which justifies its price very well.
