This new electric car of Mahindra can be placed below XUV400 EV. According to the report of Autocar India, the production of this EV is going to start in the month of November this year.
Mahindra will make approx 1500-1800 units of its new electric car XUV 3XO EV in a month. Initially, the production rate of this EV will be kept slow. The reason behind this is the sales of XUV400 EV, which has not improved even after several series updates. Mahindra plans to make a total of 12,000 units of XUV 3XO, which will include models of all engines petrol, diesel and electric.

The length and width of Mahindra XUV 3XO EV is similar as its ICE variant. The style of this car can be kept similar to the facelift SUV, but the design of the car can be made EV-specific. Talking about the range of Mahindra XUV400 EV, this car claims to give a range of 359 km in a single charging with a 34.5 kWh battery pack. This car also has a variant of 39.4 kWh battery pack, due to which this car can cover a distance of 456 km in a single charging.
Price of Mahindra XUV 3XO EV
The price of this new electric car can start from Rs 15 lakh and go up to Rs 17 lakh. Mahindra XUV 3XO EV can compete with Tata’s Nexon EV.
