Ladli Bahana Yojana Gas Cylinder: Chief Minister Shri Mohan Yadav ji has given a special gift to the women of the state.
He has launched the ‘Ladli Bahana Yojana Gas Cylinder‘ scheme, under which women will get gas cylinders for just Rs 450.
Also, the beneficiary women of Ladli Bahana Yojana will be given financial assistance of Rs 1250 as the 12th installment as well as a special gift of Rs 250 on Rakhi.
Ladli Bahana Yojana Gas Cylinder: Gift for Women
Under this scheme, a total financial assistance of Rs 1500 will be sent to the account of beneficiary women on 10 August 2024. Which includes Rs 1250 as 12th installment and Rs 250.
Also, gas cylinders will be made available to women for just Rs 450, which is currently available for Rs 848.
This scheme has been designed keeping in mind the financial budget of the women of the state so that they can enjoy the festivals without any financial stress.
Objectives and Benefits of Ladli Bahana Yojana Gas Cylinder Scheme
The main objective of Ladli Bahana Yojana Gas Cylinder 2024 is to economically empower the women of the state.
Through this scheme, women can get gas cylinders for just Rs 450, while currently, it costs Rs 848. The remaining amount of Rs 398 will be borne by the state government.
This will improve the economic budget of women and they will be able to celebrate festivals with happiness and enthusiasm.
For this, the state government has set a budget of Rs 160 crore, which will benefit about 40 lakh women.
Eligibility for Ladli Bahana Yojana Gas Cylinder Scheme
To avail of the Ladli Bahana Gas Cylinder Scheme, women must reside in Madhya Pradesh and they should be the beneficiaries of Ladli Bahana Yojana.
Apart from this, women must have a bank account and mobile number linked to an Aadhar card. Married, widowed, divorced, and abandoned women are also eligible for this scheme.
Women who do not have a gas connection under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana but have a domestic gas connection can also avail the benefits of this scheme. The age of the woman applying should be between 21 and 60 years.

Under the Ladli Bahana Gas Cylinder Scheme, women of the state will be given a gas cylinder for just Rs 450, while currently, its price is Rs 848. A subsidy of Rs 398 will be borne by the state government.
Apart from this, women will get a total amount of Rs 1500 along with the 12th installment of Ladli Bahana Yojana, which will be sent to their bank account on August 10, 2024.
