How to apply for the Ujjwala Yojana
1. First of all, you have to go to the official website of PMUY https://www.pmuy.gov.in/.
2. After this, you will see the link “Apply for New Ujjwala 3.0 Connection” on the website’s home page, which you must click.
3. As soon as you click on this option, a new page will open in front of you, where you will see the following three agencies, in which you can select any one of Indane, Bharat gas, HP Gas.
4. After this, go to the website of the selected gas agency. If you have selected the option of Bharat Gas, then go to the website of Bharat Gas Connection.
5. Go to the home page of the new website and click on the option of “Ujjwala 3.0 New Connection”. 6. After this, after ticking on “Hereby Declare”, select your state and district, and click on “Show List”.
7. On the new page, you can find a list of all your district’s distributors. After selecting your nearest distributor from the list, you have to click on “Continue”.
8. As soon as you continue, a new page will open in front of your screen. Now enter your mobile number and captcha and click on the submit button.
9. After this, the application form will appear in front of you, fill it carefully.
10. After filling the form, upload the scanned copy of all the required documents and after that you have to click on “Submit”.
11. After submitting, you can also take a print out of the application form. After this, you have to submit the copy of all the required documents to your nearest gas agency.
