Delhi Weather: The mood of the weather has suddenly changed in Delhi NCR today i.e. on 23rd August. Heavy clouds have surrounded the sky in Delhi-NCR, Noida and Greater Noida since morning today i.e. Friday. Rain has been continuing in different areas of Delhi since 11:45 am.

The rain has also caused a slight drop in temperature. Along with strong winds, clouds are also thundering in Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and surrounding areas including Delhi. Rain has caused the weather to become very cold.

 

According to the Meteorological Department, similar weather will remain in Delhi-NCR for the next few hours. At present, dark clouds are looming in the sky. Due to bad weather in Delhi, people are facing problems in traveling. In addition, the rain has flooded some areas of Delhi, leading to traffic congestion.

The Meteorological Department (IMD) had already issued an alert regarding light to moderate intensity rain with thunderstorms across Delhi and adjoining areas of NCR today. The Meteorological Department recorded a temperature of 32°C in Delhi.

 

On the other hand, speaking of Mathura, heavy rains have caused waterlogging in many parts of the city.

People are experiencing difficulties as a result of the persistent rain. Due to waterlogging in many parts of Mathura city, many candidates could not reach the examination center on time for Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Exam 2024. Some students exhibit anger as a result of missing the exam.

 

A candidate said, “I had an exam from 10 am. There is so much water in many places that even tractors got submerged. Our center was at Maharaja Agrasen Kanya Inter College Mathura. I am a stranger here, I missed my paper…”
