Xtreme 160R 4V: Hero MotoCorp has launched the 2024 model of its sports commuter bike Xtreme 160R 4V. It has got many major and minor upgrades. The 2024 Hero Xtreme 160R 4V is priced at Rs 1,38,500.

And for the new colour, its price goes up to Rs 1,39,500 (ex-showroom Delhi). It is now available in a single fully loaded variant called ‘Premium’. It is Rs 4,000 more expensive than the last price of the previous Xtreme 160R 4V. And it includes many feature upgrades and a new colour option.

Xtreme 160R 4V Features

Talking about features, then the major changes on the 2024 Xtreme 160R 4V include dual-channel ABS, segment-first panic brake alert and a drag timer. Which records 0-60 kmph and quarter-mile (0-402 m) sprints.

The MY2024 Xtreme 160R 4V has switched to a single-piece seat. Which is flat and significantly lower in height for better pillion comfort. The previous model was available with split seats. Notably, the Xtreme 160R two-valve was always available with a single seat.

The MY2024 Hero Xtreme 160R 4V also gets a new speedometer with 300 percent increased brightness for better clarity. While the taillight design is new and gets a more prominent H-motif seen on the new Hero model.

Xtreme 160R 4V Engine

Talking about engine, then Power continues to come from a 163.2 cc single-cylinder, air and oil-cooled engine. This engine is tuned to generate 16.6 bhp of power and 14.6 Nm of peak torque. Which is paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The bike has USD forks at the front and a preload adjustable monoshock at the rear. While for braking, disc brakes are available on both sides. The bike runs on 17-inch alloy wheels.
