Bajaj Chetak 2901 electric scooter can be purchased in 4 new color options – shades of yellow, blue, red and black. It has a colored LCD instrument cluster, economy and sports riding modes.
Talking about the features, Bluetooth connectivity, call-music control, hill hold assist, reverse mode can be found with this e-scooter, but for this you will have to pay an additional 3000 rupees.
This electric scooter has a 2.88kWh battery pack. According to ARAI, it can give a range of up to 123 kilometers in a single charge. Its top speed is 63kmph and it takes 6 hours to be fully charged.
The new variant of Chetak is cheaper by Rs 27,321 and Rs 51,245 compared to the Chetak Urbane and Premium variants. Its sale will start from June 15. This e-scooter can be purchased from 500 Bajaj showrooms.
In the Indian market, the Bajaj Chetak 2901 electric scooter will compete with e-scooters like Ola S1 X, Ather Rizta, Vida V1 Plus and TVS iQube.
