BJP Bangal Bandh: On Tuesday, in Kolkata, the capital of West Bengal, the police protested against the demand for CM Mamata Banerjee’s resignation and for proper law and order. On the other hand, the Bharatiya Janata Party declared a Bengal bandh on Wednesday to protest police brutality, and its impact has been evident since the morning. People have called for the continuation of the Bengal bandh for approximately 12 hours. There have been reports of clashes between BJP and TMC workers at many places.
The Bengal government rejected
The Mamata Banerjee government in West Bengal denied the BJP’s call for a 12-hour bandh. According to TMC, the Nabanna march had the support of the BJP. Mamata Banerjee’s chief advisor, Bandyopadhyay, said that the government will not allow anyone to call for a West Bengal bandh on Wednesday. He said that we encourage people not to participate in it.

In support of the bandh, BJP workers demonstrated at Bongaon station in the North 24 Parganas, Gocharan station in the South 24 Parganas, and Murshidabad station.
