According to leaked reports, Xiaomi will launch the Xiaomi 15 series smartphones in October this year. The “Ultra”-branded model in this series will have a dedicated launch in 2025. We launched the Xiaomi 14 Ultra smartphone in February this year.
Speculation suggests that the Xiaomi 15 Ultra could make its official debut around the same time in 2025. A new leak has surfaced from tipster Digital Chat Station, which suggests that the 15 Ultra may launch earlier than expected.

Xiaomi 15 Ultra Rumored specifications
The report suggests that Xiaomi 15 Ultra may feature an OLED panel with a micro-curvature design. According to leaked reports, the phone can have 2K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor.
The phone may feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip as its processor. It can have 24 GB RAM, 1 TB storage. Other reports suggest that a 6,200mAh battery could power the phone.
The rear camera setup has a 50-megapixel primary camera with a sensor size of more than an inch. It can also have an ultra-wide lens, telephoto camera and a 200-megapixel Samsung HP9 periscope telephoto camera with 4x optical zoom. We expect the device to come with both Android 15 and Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2.0. It is expected to be available in plain leather, fiberglass and ceramic build variants.

Storage: According to the latest reports, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra can be launched in the market with 12GB and 16GB RAM variants and 256GB, 512GB and 1TB internal storage.
Battery: It is also likely to have a battery between 4855mAh to 5000mAh with support for 65W wired fast charging, 25W wireless charging and reverse wireless charging. This is an upgrade over the 45W wired and 15W wireless charging support on the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Display: The Galaxy S25 Ultra may feature a 6.9-inch AMOLED 2x display.
Processor: It may possibly come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, according to reports.
Camera: The Galaxy S25 Ultra may include a 50MP ultra-wide lens, a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and a 50MP telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom and the same 200MP lens for photography.
