Itel Color Pro 5G: Recently, the company has launched itel Color Pro 5G. This phone has been launched in budget segment. So Basically it is a 5G smartphone. If you are looking for a 5G smartphone for yourself at low price you can buy it. Then does itel Color Pro 5G live up to it or not ? Let’s know in this review.
Performance
A special feature of this smartphone is its MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC, which comes with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. You can increase the storage also. For this, a separate microSD card slot has been provided in the phone. It also has up to 6GB of extra virtual RAM support but it does not have any significant effect on performance.
However, the performance of the phone is quite good in that segment. MediaTek Dimensity 6080 gives decent performance in daily use. I did not experience much lag while using it. RAM can seem limited at times, especially when you try to multitask. But this phone is not meant for heavy usage.
The device can be used for just browsing social media, watching YouTube videos, and taking pictures. It was largely a good experience, with minor stutters at times.
Battery and Charging
The itel Color Pro 5G packs a standard 5,000mAh battery that comes with 18W fast charging support. The phone’s battery lasts around 10-12 hours on a full charge, which is average. This includes watching YouTube video, streaming and gaming.
Camera
The phone’s camera setup is pretty average. It includes a 50 MP AI primary camera and 8 MP AI front camera. Despite being a simple camera, the itel Color Pro 5G takes good pictures in daylight. The pictures have good dynamic range, sharpness, and decent detail. Colours look a little overexposed compared to reality, but not by much.
The pictures are social media-ready. Low light photography on this phone is probably the best I have seen in this price segment. Photos are quite sharp, have low noise, and have good details.
