The fourth generation Maruti Suzuki Swift has been launched in the Indian market with a total of five variants and multiple color options. Its price in the Indian market starts from Rs 6.49 lakh to Rs 9.60 lakh ex-showroom Delhi.
Maruti Suzuki Swift Engine and Mileage
A new 1.2 liter three cylinder petrol engine is used to operate the Maruti Suzuki Swift, which generates 82 Bhp and 112 Nm of torque. This engine comes with a five-speed manual transmission and a five-speed MD transmission. Along with this, the company also offers CNG technology where it generates 69 Bhp and 102 Nm of torque. This engine comes with a five-speed manual transmission.
Talking about mileage, the company claims that with manual transmission it gives a mileage of 24.80 Kmpl, while with AMT transmission it gives a mileage of 25.75 Kmpl. The highest mileage is claimed to be 32.85 with CNG technology.
Features and Safety
Among the features, there is a semi-digital instrument cluster with a 9-inch touch screen infotainment system and Apple CarPlay connectivity with wireless Android Auto. Other features include wireless mobile charging, cruise control, push button start stop engine, connected car technology, height adjustable driver seat and automatic AC controls with dedicated AC vents for rear passengers.
Safety features include six airbags as standard, electronic stability control, hill hail assist, reverse parking sensor with camera and ISO fixed child seat mount.
