Monsoon Update: After two days, the month of September is about to end, but the rain continues in many states of the country. However, in some places, the speed of the monsoon has slowed. On the other hand, heavy rains continue in some areas. People started feeling cold in the hilly areas. Now, slowly, the monsoon rains are moving toward their departure.
This time the rains have broken records in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Himachal Pradesh. Now there is a possibility of getting relief in these areas from the rain. A warning has also been issued for heavy rains in many states in the next few days. People have also been urged to be cautious.
Heavy rain warnings in these states
The Indian Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding heavy rains in many states in the next 24 hours. According to the IMD, heavy rains can be recorded in Uttarakhand, Western Uttar Pradesh, and Western Madhya Pradesh. Apart from this, a warning has been issued that heavy rains will continue in Gujarat, Sub Himalayas, West Bengal and Sikkim.
A warning has been issued for heavy rains in Bihar and Kerala. Along with this, heavy rains can be seen in many parts of central Maharashtra.
According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains are expected in Assam and Meghalaya on September 29. Apart from this, heavy rains can occur in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Kerala with thunderstorms.
Delhi weather Update
According to the IMD, people in Delhi can get relief from rain, where the temperature can also decrease. However, light drizzle is expected in some areas. The maximum temperature in the capital is expected to be 34 and the minimum temperature is expected to be 25 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department says that there is a possibility of partly cloudy weather from September 29 to October 3.
According to the IMD, the weather can be clear in the hilly states. The weather can remain clear in places like Jammu and Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan and Ladakh. There is no possibility of rain. However, a yellow alert for rain has been issued for today in Uttarakhand.
