These ingredients will be needed to make Dahi Aloo

Curd-350 grams, Potatoes- 4-5, Desi Ghee – Two tablespoons, Cashew powder – 2 tablespoons, Cumin seeds – half a teaspoon, Red chilli powder – half a teaspoon, Ginger finely chopped in smallGingers, Tomatoes – 2, Green chilli – three four, Salt – according to taste

Prepare Dahi Aloo like this

To make Dahi Aloo, take the potatoes and boil them in the kitchen. Then, peel the potatoes and grind them into small pieces. Now put curd in a mixing bowl and whisk it. Now, add red chilli, cashew powder, and rock salt according to the taste of the curd and mix everything well with the help of a spoon. Then, keep this mixture aside.

Now take a pan, put Desi Ghee in it, and keep it on medium flame; as soon as the ghee melts, add a teaspoon of cumin seeds and let it crackle. When the cumin seeds start crackling, add chopped Ginger and fry it for 1-2minutes. Next, add finely chopped green chillies and two tomatoes. Let it cook well for two minutes. Now, add diced potatoes to the mixture and mix it well.

Let this vegetable cook for some time and keep stirring in between. When these potatoes are lightly fried, take them off the pan and add the curd mixture.

Once again, place the pan on the gas on low flame and add water as per your requirement to make the vegetable thin. Cook the vegetables for two minutes. Here, hot potato curd vegetable is ready. Serve it with fresh coriander and enjoy the taste.
