If the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) is to be believed, the period of rain may continue in many states. IMD has issued a warning of heavy rains in Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh. Apart from this, rain is expected in coastal Karnataka, Karnataka and Kerala.
