Sabudana Pakoda Recipe: Sharadiya Navratri has started from October 3. Different forms of Goddess Durga are worshipped in such a situation for nine days. In such a situation, if you have also kept a fast, you can try Sabudana Pakoda. Sabudana Pakoda is easily prepared and ready. Apart from being tasty, it also keeps the health healthy.
Ingredients required for Sabudana Pakora:
One cup sago
One big cup of grated juice
1/2 cup green chilli/finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
Oil for frying
Salt as per taste
Make Sabudana Pakora in this way
Everyone usually likes to eat Sabudana Pakora because it is delicious and beneficial. To make Sabudana Pakora, first, soak it well for about 4 hours. After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on low or medium flame.
When the oil is hot, put grated potatoes in it and fry them until they become golden. After this, take a mixing bowl and soak Sabudana. Now add fried potatoes and mix both the ingredients well.
After this, add cumin seeds, coriander leaves, asafoetida, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to the mixture and mix well. Now, heat the oil in a pan.
Keep adding the pakora mixture in the pan little by little. Fry the pakoras till they become crispy. When the sabudana pakoras turn golden, take them out on a plate. Serve it with green chutney or curd.
