How to apply for the scheme
If you apply for PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme through post office, then first of all you have to visit the official website www.pmsuryagarh.gov.in. After this, visit the option of Apply for Rooftop Solar. Now you will get the option of distribution of electricity along with your state and district. After this, you have to enter the mobile number, consumer number along with email ID.
Now you have to log in with mobile number and consumer number. Click on the application. After this, you have to wait for the feasibility permission from the discom. Now the plant has to be installed in your house. Now you have to apply for net meter along with entering all the details of the plant.
