Navratri Day 6 Bhog: On the 6th day of Navratri, Mata Katyayani is worshipped with rituals. Maa Katyayani always blesses her devotees, and her nature is also considered very gentle. At the same time, the mother likes honey or things made from it very much. So, in such a situation, you should make honey and almond halwa and offer it to Mata Rani. At the same time, it is considered very good for health and taste.
You also know about these methods of making almond halwa:
Half a cup of almonds
Half a cup of milk
Two teaspoons of ghee
One teaspoon of cardamom powder
One teaspoon honey
Chopped dry fruits
How to prepare halwa
To prepare the halwa, you must soak the almonds in hot water for about half an hour. Keep in mind that the water should not be too hot. After this, remove the almonds from the water for about 30 minutes. Then, put the almonds and the peel in the blender. Then mix milk in it and mix it well. Blend it till the paste becomes smooth.
After this, to make halwa, put almond paste in a big pan and add one spoon of ghee. After this, fry it for one minute on low flame. Add sugar to it when it becomes light brown, and keep stirring for one minute. When the sugar dissolves, add two tablespoons of saffron milk. Now, keep stirring the halwa till it becomes very thick. If needed, add two spoons of ghee as you wish. After stirring for a while, add dry fruits to it. Then, pour one spoon of honey on top and offer it to Mata Rani ji.
Tip
Do not add too much sugar because honey is already added to sweeten it.
