To make banana pudding, you will need these ingredients

Three to four ripe bananas

One cup semolina

One cup sugar

A pinch of saffron

One tablespoon raisins

One teaspoon of cardamom powder

Two tablespoons ghee

About 7-8 cashews

2-3 cups milk

Prepare banana pudding in this way

First, make banana pudding, put ghee in a pan and heat it on low flame. After this, peel it, cut it into small pieces, keep it in a bowl, and mash it well. Now heat ghee in a pan and fry cashews and raisins in it. After this, add semolina to the pan and fry it till its colour becomes brown.

Now, you must put milk, addgar, saffron, and cardamom powder in a bowl and mix everything well. Then add the mashed banana, keep it in a separate vessel, and cook it till it comes to a boil. After this, add the banana milk mixture to the roasted semolina and mix it well with a spoon. Stir this mixture till the semolina absorbs all the water. Now turn off the gas and keep the semolina covered.
