Jackfruit, which is full of taste and health, should be consumed daily because it cures many diseases related to the body and keeps the body healthy.

You must have eaten a lot of jackfruit vegetables and their pagodas, but try its biryani once. Today, we will tell you about an easy way to prepare jackfruit biryani; after eating it, you will forget everything.

To make Kathal (jackfruit ) biryani, you will need these ingredients

Chopped jackfruit: one bowl

Chopped onion: two cups

Coriander tablespoon: 1 tablespoon

Ginger garlic paste: 2 tablespoons

Black pepper powder: 1 tablespoon

Green chillies: three to four

Almonds: 1 tablespoon

Cashews: 1 tablespoon

Saffron: 1 small pinch

Red chilli powder: 1 tablespoon

Chopped coriander: 2 tablespoons

Garam masala: 1 tablespoon

Oil: 4 tablespoons

Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons

Salt: according to taste

Prepare Kathal (jackfruit) biryani like this:

To prepare jackfruit biryani, cut the jackfruit and then remove the pulp. After this, now cut the onion into small pieces. Put two tablespoons of oil in a pan or wok and heat it on medium flame. Add chopped onions and fry them until golden brown when the oil gets slightly hot. Now, keep the onions aside. Now fry cashews and almonds and keep them aside.

Add more oil to the pan and jackfruit, and fry it. When the jackfruit gets fried a little, add chopped onions to it. After this, add red chilli powder, cumin powder, finely chopped chilli, black pepper powder, saffron and salt as per taste, then mix all these well. Now add ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice and mix well. After cooking for 15-20 minutes, turn off the gas.

Now, take another pan and make a half layer of rice. Spread a layer of prepared jackfruit spices on top of it. After this, spread a layer of rice again on top of the spices. Finally, add cashews, almonds, saffron, almonds and fried onions on top of the biryani and cook the pan for 10-15 minutes.

Here, hot biryani is ready. Add green coriander before serving it.
