To make Bhandare Also, you will need medium-sized boiled potatoes, ghee or refined oil, kasuri methi, tomatoes, green coriander, green chillies, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, cumin, salt and garam masala.

Make Bhandare Aloo in these ways:

To make Bhandare Rasedaar Aloo, wash the potatoes and then boil them. After this, when they cool down, peel them. Now keep the pan for heating and add two spoons of ghee, then add fenugreek seeds, asafoetida, ginger, green chillies, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and small tomato pieces. Keep frying them until the tomato pieces are roasted in the spices. After this, add boiled potatoes and fry them for three to four minutes while stirring it.

Now you have to add water as per requirement. After this, add kasuri methi, dry mango powder, green coriander and salt. Now cover the vegetable and let it cook for 10 minutes. Now, garnish it with green coriander. Here, the spicy and juicy Bhandaar potato curry is ready.
