Prepare this simple recipe of paneer yakhni quickly

You will need dry-roasted spices

First, dry roast coriander, cumin, fennel, black pepper, red chilli, big cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon and cloves. When it is done, grind it finely. Keep it aside.

Prepare the gravy in these ways.

You must make a fine paste by adding cashews, paneer pieces, poppy seeds, and water to the blender jar. Then heat some oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces. Then add chopped capsicum to the pan and cook until it becomes soft. Remove the ingredients from the flame and keep aside.

Prepare dry fruits and spices. 

Put oil in the same pan and let it heat up. Add bay leaves, chopped ginger, green chillies, and fry for a minute when the oil is cooked. Add cashew paneer paste and the rest of the ingredients in the same pan. Add one cup of whipped curd to the pan when it starts boiling. Mix the ingredients well and let it boil.

Prepare paneer in this way.

Add salt, sugar and saffron water to the gravy and cook till all the ingredients become excellent and thick. Then add cooked paneer and capsicum to the pan and mix well. Add freshly ground masala on top and mix well. Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves and serve the yakhni paneer. Serve hot!
