Baba Siddiqui had joined NCP a few days ago
Babar Siddiqui is the father of MLA Zeeshan Siddiqui. He had joined NCP a few days ago. If the information received from the police is to be believed, Baba Siddiqui was badly injured after the firing incident in Bandra Estate. The NCP leader was admitted to Lilavati Hospital, where he died.
After this, there was disappointment among the family and supporters. On hearing this news, workers started gathering outside the hospital. There is also news of two accused being taken into custody, where the police is interrogating them. All three attackers had cloth tied on their mouths, who escaped after firing several rounds.

According to the information, when the firing took place, Baba Siddiqui was bursting crackers near the office.
While bursting crackers, suddenly three people came out of the car.
All three people had handkerchiefs tied on their mouths.
They fired three rounds at Baba Siddiqui.
One bullet hit his chest.
The attackers also targeted Baba Siddiqui’s associate.
Siddique fell as soon as he was shot.
The people gathered there admitted Siddiqui to Lilavati Hospital.
As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot.
After getting information about the firing on Siddiqui, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar inquired about his health from the hospital administration over the phone.
