Ingredients required to make chicken biryani:

1/2 kg chicken
1/2 cup curd
25 grams of coriander leaves
25 grams mint leaves
10 grams of curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
One teaspoon of coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
25 grams green chillies, chopped into pieces
20 grams garlic
Two teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

For main preparation:

One tablespoon ghee
5-6 cinnamon sticks
One bay leaf
4-5 cardamom seeds
4-5 curry leaves
4-5 cloves
One onion, chopped into pieces
200 to 250 grams rice (broken)
1/2 litre water

For biryani masala:

Two tablespoon ghee
5-6 cinnamon sticks
One bay leaf
4-5 cloves
4-5 cardamom seeds Seeds
One nutmeg
100 grams onion
One medium tomato, chopped into pieces

First of all, do this for the chicken

To prepare the mixture:

Curd, green coriander, mint, curry leaves, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel powder, green chillies, garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, lemon juice and poppy seeds paste, add to the chicken and keep aside for half an hour.

To make rice:

1. To make rice, heat ghee in a pan and add cinnamon, bay leaves, cardamom seeds, curry leaves and cloves. After this, add onion and fry it.

2. Now clean the rice with water and add it to it. Also, add water to it. When the water boils, cover the rice and keep it on a low flame. Cook for about 15 minutes.

Prepare biryani masala in these ways

Heat ghee in a pan and add cinnamon, bay leaves, nutmeg, cloves and cardamom seeds. After this, add onion and fry it.

Now add tomatoes and the prepared chicken mixture. Cover the pan and cook the chicken on low flame for 10 minutes.

When the gravy thickens, put a layer of rice and a layer of prepared chicken in a bowl.
