The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has provided significant relief to city residents by launching an online auto-calculation service for determining lease deed fees and other charges. Now, plot holders no longer need to make trips to the JDA office to secure a lease for their house or plot. With this new service, users can visit the JDA website from the comfort of their homes to determine the exact amount required to obtain a lease.

Currently, this facility is available exclusively for the Prithviraj Nagar (PRN) area. Once the data for other approved colonies is updated, the service will be extended to all zones. JDA has created a link on its website, allowing plot holders to calculate the fees for a lease deed, name transfer, subdivision, and plot reorganization.

How to Use the Service

The plot holders will go to the JDA website and click on the link “Calculator for Lease Deed / Patta – Prithviraj Nagar Only”. After this, the plot holder will have to fill in the information about the area of his house or plot and when the first camp of the colony was held. Then on clicking the “Calculation” icon, they will get the information of allotment fee, urban Jamabandi, administrative fee, BSUP shelter fund, development fee, building construction approval, rainwater conservation security, and all other related fees together. This facility is available for both residential and commercial plots.

New SOP for File Disposal

JDA has also implemented a new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for processing files related to lease deeds, name transfers, subdivisions, and plot reorganization. A timeline has been established to ensure timely tracking and processing of applications, making it more convenient and efficient for plot holders.

This initiative by JDA will save time and effort for plot holders, allowing them to easily access necessary information online. The online auto-calculation service represents a significant step towards JDA’s digitalization, enhancing accessibility and convenience for the city’s residents.
