PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana: The central government is currently running many types of schemes for farmers. The central government is trying to strengthen the economic condition of the farmers. Even today, crores of farmers in the country are financially very weak.

The central and state governments are running many schemes to provide financial assistance to these farmers. The government of India started the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana for farmers. Under the PM Kisan Yojana, 6 thousand rupees are given annually. PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is an ambitious scheme of the Government of India.

Under this scheme, the central government provides financial assistance of 6 thousand rupees every year to the country’s poor farmers. Six thousand rupees are not given together but in 3 instalments.

So far, the Government of India has released 18 PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana instalments. If media reports are to be believed, the central government can release the 19th instalment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in February 2025.

However, the government has not yet made any official disclosure regarding this. Many farmers across the country are taking the benefits of this scheme incorrectly.

For this reason, the government of India has made e-KYC and verification of land records mandatory for PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.

Those farmers who have not completed these two essential tasks yet will not get the benefit of the next 19th instalment. In such a situation, both these important tasks should be done to benefit from the 19th installment. Apart from this, farmers who entered the scheme’s wrong information or have not linked their bank account with an Aadhaar card will also not benefit from the next 19th instalment. Crores of people in the country are taking advantage of PM Kisan Yojana.

How to apply for PM Kisan Yojana?

First of all, go to the website pmkisan.gov.in.

Then click ‘New Farmer Registration’ and fill in the UID number and captcha.

Enter the required information and click on ‘Yes’.

Please fill in the information sought in the application letter, save it and take a printout for the future.
