Cornflour -1 teaspoon
Roasted peanuts- 2 teaspoons
Roasted urad dal- 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice -1 teaspoon
Oil as per need
Salt and Ajinomoto as per taste

How to make dragon chicken

Step 1: Marinate the chicken
First of all, cut the boneless chicken into small pieces.Add a pinch of salt, ajinomoto, black pepper, soy sauce and vinegar to the chopped chicken.

Add 1 teaspoon cornflour to it and mix it well.

Step 2: Deep fry the chicken

Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the marinated chicken till it becomes golden and crispy.Take out the fried chicken on tissue paper so that the excess oil is absorbed.

Step 3: Prepare Dragon Chicken Gravy

Add some oil in a pan and heat it.
Add dry red chilies and lightly fry.
Now add finely chopped onion and green chilies.
After this, add chopped ginger-garlic and fry till golden.
