The Department of Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs has officially set December 31 as the final day for ration card holders to complete their e-KYC. In the e-KYC procedure, each ration card member must verify their name, date of birth, etc. to ensure it matches their Aadhaar information. If the cardholders fail to complete their e-KYC authentication by 31 December 2024, their ration cards will be temporarily suspended.

You can change your phone number: Customers have the option to change their phone number by providing their 12-digit Aadhaar card details on the transparency portal https://epds.hp.gov.in. You can also complete E-KYC by going to the closest fair price shop.
