The finance ministry at the center has given approval to two significant projects valued at around 145 crores proposed by the tourism department of Rajasthan. The development of Amer, Nahargarh Fort, and Jal Mahal areas in Jaipur will be the result of this. Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari had a meeting with Union Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat on Thursday regarding this matter.

Rs. 96.61 crores for enhancing the Jal Mahal area

The central government has given the green light to a project worth 49.31 crores for improving Amer and Nahargarh, and 96.61 crores for enhancing the Jal Mahal area as part of a special scheme. Therefore, Jaipur’s aesthetic will be improved with a 145 crore investment. Diya Kumari stated that the tourism department was sending a project report to the center for the Khatu Shyam Ji and Pushkar corridor development.

Suggestions for cable car projects

On the other hand another news has broadcasted from Rajasthan, a set of 21 policies will be introduced to offer incentives and services to entrepreneurs looking to invest in Rajasthan, with easing of regulations by concerned departments and streamlining of procedures. The prepared policies will be introduced during the cabinet meeting, while the rest will be addressed in the next meeting. With the upcoming Rajasthan Investment Summit in mind, the state government is working on drafting 21 policies across different departments. Among these, 8 to 10 policies have been completed.

The cabinet secretariat has also asked the departments to provide policies for the meeting. On Wednesday, the cabinet secretariat received policies from various departments such as industry, mining and geology, and agriculture. This consists of four individuals from the industry, two from the mining sector, and the rest from various departments. The government will launch the policies approved by the cabinet together on December 4. DOIT has been tasked with organizing this.
