Water as required

Method of making corn roti
Kneading the dough: Add salt to the corn flour as per taste and knead soft dough by adding water gradually. Keep it covered for 10-15 minutes so that the dough sets.
Prepare the dough: Make small balls of dough with wet hands.
Roll the roti: Roll the roti using a rolling pin. If the roti is sticking while rolling, sprinkle some dry corn flour.
Bake: Heat the pan and bake the roti well on both sides. Apply ghee on it and serve hot.

Green chillies 2-3
Ginger 1 inch piece
Garlic cloves 4-5

Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Butter 2 teaspoons
Oil 1-2 teaspoons
Method to make mustard greens
Washing leaves: Wash mustard, spinach and bathua leaves thoroughly and chop them finely.
Boiling: Heat water in a pan and boil these leaves for 5-7 minutes. After this, cool it and grind it coarsely in a mixer.
Preparing the Tadka: Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds to it. When it starts crackling, add ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion and fry till golden.
Cooking tomatoes: Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.
Mixing the saag: Add the ground saag, turmeric powder and salt. Let it cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes. Keep stirring in between so that the saag does not burn.
Add butter: Add butter at the end and mix well.
