Retirement Age Fact Check: To dispel the rumors regarding alterations to the retirement age, the Central Government has confirmed that there is no plan to modify the retirement age for employees currently being contemplated by the government. In a response to a query in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday, Personnel Minister Jitendra Singh stated on the government’s behalf that the existing retirement age is 60 years.

Jitendra Singh additionally mentioned that the government is continually focused on creating policies, programs, and other initiatives to ensure that youth can be offered jobs in civil services according to government operations. In addition to this, central ministries and departments are periodically directed to promptly fill the unoccupied positions.

For each Rs 100 of travel service, the expense is Rs 54. Passengers of all types receive a subsidy of 46 percent.
