How to prepare chicken curry masala
Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan.
Add finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chilli, and fry till golden.
Grind it in a mixer to make a smooth paste.
Now wash the tomatoes and grind them in a mixer.
Your chicken curry masala is ready.
How to make chicken curry
Step 1: Fry the chicken
Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a deep pan.
Add chicken and curd to it.
Add turmeric and salt and fry on low flame.
Fry the chicken till the curd dries completely.
Step 2: Prepare the masala
Heat some more oil in a separate pan.
Add whole spices, onion paste and tomato puree to the hot oil.
Add red chilli, turmeric and coriander powder to cook the masala well.
When the oil starts floating on the masala, understand that the masala is ready.
Step 3: Combination of chicken and spices
Add the roasted chicken to the masala and mix well.
Add 1 cup of lukewarm water and let it cook on low flame.
Cook the curry till the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
