Step 2: Scan the QR Code

Once you choose the UPI option, a QR code will appear on the ATM screen. Use any UPI app on your phone (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm) to scan the QR code.

Step 3: Confirm the Transaction

After scanning the QR code, enter your UPI PIN in the app to authorize the transaction. The cash will be dispensed from the machine immediately.

  • You can withdraw a maximum of ₹5,000 at one time using this method.
  • Ensure your UPI app is active and linked to a valid bank account for smooth transactions.

How to Withdraw Money from an ATM Without a PIN

You can withdraw money from an ATM without a PIN by using the Cardless Cash Withdrawal feature. Here is a step-by-step guide to help you:

Step 1: Open your bank’s net banking portal and log in to your account using your credentials.

Step 2: Select the ‘Add Beneficiary’ option and choose ‘Cardless Cash Withdrawal’.

Step 3: Enter the beneficiary’s details and click the ‘Add’ button.

Step 4: Recheck the details and click the ‘Confirm’ button.

Step 5: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number to complete the process.

Step 6: After 30 minutes, the beneficiary status will be activated on your account.

Step 7: Log in again to the bank’s net banking portal. Click on ‘Fund Transfer’ and select ‘Cardless Cash Withdrawal’.

Step 8: Choose the desired bank account and enter the withdrawal amount.

Step 9: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number to confirm the request.

Step 10: Once the request is successful, the beneficiary will receive:

  • A 4-digit OTP.
  • A 6-digit or 9-digit unique code.

Step 11: The beneficiary must visit the nearest ATM of the preferred bank.

Step 12: Choose the ‘Cardless Cash Withdrawal’ option and enter the following details:

  • 4-digit OTP.
  • 6-digit or 9-digit code.
  • Beneficiary’s mobile number.
  • Transaction amount.

Step 13: Once the ATM validates the details, it will dispense the cash.
