Ingredients for making raw banana koftas:
6 raw bananas
Finely chopped onion
Finely chopped tomato
One teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Half teaspoon turmeric
Half teaspoon chili
One teaspoon coriander
One teaspoon Kasuri methi
Half bowl gram flour
Half bowl semolina
Finely chopped coriander
Salt according to taste
One bowl oil
Method of making raw banana koftas:
First of all, peel the bananas well and put one whistle in the cooker. When the whistle blows and the banana cools down, make a fine mixture of bananas. Prepare a paste by adding half a bowl of gram flour, half a bowl of semolina and salt according to the paste. And fry small round pakodas from it. Now in the remaining oil, fry half a teaspoon of cumin seeds. Add finely chopped onion and tomato and fry for two to three minutes. When onion and tomato are fried well, add all the ground spices and cook well for 2 to 3 minutes.
When the spices are fried well, add a glass of water and let it boil. When the gravy starts boiling well, add banana pakoras and mix one spoon of Kasuri methi. Do not boil the gravy with pakoras too much, otherwise the pakoras will break.
