Ingredients for making radish chutney:
500 grams radish
1 inch piece of ginger
10 to 12 garlic cloves
Three to four green chillies
One teaspoon dry mango powder
One teaspoon cumin seeds
Half teaspoon black pepper
Juice of one lemon
Salt according to taste
One teaspoon mustard oil
Method of making radish chutney
To make radish chutney, first of all we will wash the radish thoroughly and in a mixer grinder jar we will make a fine paste of radish, ginger, garlic and green chillies.
Now we will prepare its tadka. For this, we have to heat one teaspoon mustard oil in a small pan and prepare the tempering by adding cumin seeds and half teaspoon mustard seeds in hot oil. As soon as the tempering starts crackling, we will add the paste made of radish in it.
Now cook it for 1 to 2 minutes and when the colour of the radish changes, add salt as per taste and squeeze the juice of one lemon.
Your delicious radish chutney is ready!
