250 grams beetroot
500 grams flour
One teaspoon celery
One teaspoon nigella seeds
Half teaspoon black salt
Half teaspoon chaat masala
Three tablespoons ghee

Method of making Beetroot Puri:
To make Beetroot Puri, first of all we will make a paste of beetroot. Make a paste by finely chopping small pieces. Along with this, make a fine paste of half inch piece of ginger, garlic and green chilli. Now sieve the flour well in a large vessel. Add ginger garlic paste and beetroot paste to it. Mix it well in the flour and knead it and keep it for 10 minutes to set.
Now heat oil in a pan and make small balls and fry its puri. It tastes very delicious to eat. This beetroot puri is a very good option to give in children’s tiffin.
