Ingredients for making potato fenugreek sabzi:
250 grams of potatoes
250 grams of fenugreek leaves
One finely chopped onion
One finely chopped tomato
One teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
Half teaspoon chili powder
Half teaspoon coriander powder
Half teaspoon dry mango powder
Half teaspoon garam masala
Three tablespoons oil
Salt according to taste
Method of making potato fenugreek sabzi:
To make potato fenugreek sabzi, first clean the fenugreek leaves thoroughly and chop them finely. Similarly, peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Now heat three tablespoons of oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, fry half a teaspoon of cumin and half a teaspoon of mustard seeds in it. As soon as the seasoning crackles, add finely chopped onion and ginger garlic paste to it. When the onion is fried well, add all the ground spices and finely chopped tomatoes and fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Also add chopped potatoes and cook well for 1 to 2 minutes.
When all the spices are mixed well, add finely chopped fenugreek leaves and mix it well with the spices. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. You can make this vegetable dry or a little gravy as per your choice. Finally add half a teaspoon of garam masala, mix it and cover and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
