Ingredients for making Chicken Paratha:

250 gms chicken mince

Half bowl of finely chopped onion

Finely chopped green chillies

One teaspoon ginger garlic paste

Finely chopped coriander leaves

One teaspoon turmeric powder

One teaspoon chili powder

Half bowl ghee

Salt according to taste

Method of making Chicken Paratha:

First of all, we will prepare the stuffing for which we will use chicken mince. Put two tablespoons of ghee in a pan. When the ghee becomes hot, add half a teaspoon of cumin seeds and let them crackle. When the cumin seeds stick well, add finely chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. When the onion is fried well, add chicken mince and fry for two to three minutes.

 

When a light aroma starts coming from the chicken, add all the ground spices to it and cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. When the spices are cooked well for 2 to 3 minutes and the stuffing is ready, add finely chopped coriander and mix it. And take it out in a plate and let it cool. On the other hand, take flour in a big vessel and add half a teaspoon of salt, two teaspoons of ghee and mix it well.
