Ingredients for making fish kebab
500 grams of thirsty fish
Two tablespoons of cornflour
Two tablespoons of refined flour
Half a bowl of finely chopped onions
5 to 6 finely chopped green chillies
1 inch piece of ginger finely chopped
10 to 12 finely chopped garlic
Freshly chopped coriander leaves
One teaspoon ginger garlic past
One teaspoon turmeric powder
One teaspoon dry mango powder
One teaspoon garam masala
Salt according to taste
Method of making fish kebab
First of all wash the fish thoroughly with water. To make this fish kebab we will use thirsty fish. It has a single thorn, which you can remove easily. Apply one teaspoon turmeric powder to the fish and keep it for 2 to 3 minutes. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan, once the oil is hot, fry small pieces of fish lightly from both sides and take them out.
Let the fish cool down a little. As soon as the fish cools down, remove all its bones and keep the fish in a bowl. Now add two tablespoons of cornflour, two tablespoons of flour, finely chopped onion, finely chopped chili, ginger garlic, and all the ground spices to the fried fish. Add salt according to taste and prepare a good dough.
The fish dough is ready, prepare small round balls of it in the shape of fish kebabs with light hands. Heat two spoons of oil in a pan and fry the prepared kebabs from both sides till they become light golden in color. When all the kebabs are ready, add finely chopped coriander on it and garnish it.
