Ingredients for making Mooli Ka Paratha:
500 grams radish
500 grams flour
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
Half teaspoon chili powder
Half teaspoon cumin powder
Half teaspoon celery
Finely chopped onion
Finely chopped green chili
Finely chopped ginger
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Half bowl ghee
Finely chopped garlic
Salt according to taste
Method of making Mooli Ka Paratha:
To make Mooli Ka Paratha, first of all we will wash and clean the radish thoroughly. Cut the radish into small pieces in a mixer jar and prepare a fine paste. Then take flour in a big vessel. Add finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chili, ginger, all the ground spices and ground radish paste and mix well. In this, add salt and finely chopped coriander according to taste and mix well with hands.
When the whole mixture is mixed well, then use water as per requirement and prepare a soft dough. Keep the prepared dough aside for three to four minutes to set. Heat the tawa on the gas flame and when it is hot, take small balls of dough and gently roll them into parathas. Apply ghee on both sides of the paratha and fry it.
