Ingredients for making Mughlai Chicken:

500 grams chicken

One cup curd

Half cup roasted onion

10 to 12 black pepper

6 to 7 cloves

Three to four green chillies

Two mace

One small piece of cinnamon

Four to five dried red chillies

Two tablespoons oil

One bowl of tomatoes

One teaspoon turmeric

One teaspoon chili

One teaspoon coriander

One teaspoon chicken masala

One teaspoon Kasuri methi

Salt according to taste

Method of making Mumbai Chicken.

To make Mughlai Chicken Curry, first of all you will marinade the chicken. Take chicken in a bowl and clean it thoroughly. Add one teaspoon salt and half a glass of water to it. Keeping the chicken in salt water will make the chicken very soft.

Now grind cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, mace and black pepper thoroughly in an oven. Now heat two tablespoons of oil in a cooker, when the oil is heated well, add the chopped spices and fry it. After this, add chicken to it and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes and when the chicken is fried well, add roasted onion, curd, tomato and salt and mix well.

When the onion is mixed well, add all the ground spices to it and finally add chicken masala and Kasuri methi and fry well on high flame for 5 to 6 minutes.
