What ingredients will we need to make Besan Ka Cheela?

Ingredients for making Besan Chilla:

One bowl of gram flour

Half a bowl of semolina

Half a bowl of curd

One onion

One tomato

Four to five green chillies

10 garlic cloves

One teaspoon cumin seeds

One teaspoon turmeric powder

100 grams ghee

Salt according to taste

Method of making Besan Chilla

Mix gram flour and curd well in a bowl. In a mixer jar, add half a bowl of semolina, tomato, onion, green chilli, 1 inch piece of ginger, 5 garlic cloves, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt according to taste and make a fine paste. Mix this mixture well in the gram flour mixture. And keep it aside for 10 minutes to set. When the mixture swells well, then fry thin chillas on a non-stick pan on low flame.
