Ingredients for making semolina pudding

250 grams semolina

One big bowl of sugar

Half teaspoon cardamom powder

10 to 12 cashews

10 to 12 almonds

Half bowl of ghee

Method of making semolina pudding:

First of all, clean the semolina thoroughly. Heat a pan on medium heat and add a bowl of ghee to it and let it heat up. As soon as it is hot, add semolina and fry it on medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.

Keep stirring the semolina otherwise it will burn from the bottom and can spoil its taste. When the semolina is fried well, take it out in a plate. Now add three bowls of water in the same pan and add a bowl of sugar and mix well. When the sugar melts and the water boils, add all the dry fruits to it and let it boil well. When the dry fruits boil for two to three minutes, add roasted semolina and half a teaspoon of cardamom powder and stir gently.

Keep the consistency of the halwa according to your taste and turn off the gas. If you want, you can garnish the halwa with finely chopped cashews. This will enhance the taste and will give a very nice aroma.
