200 grams fresh spinach

One bowl of gram flour

Half a bowl of semolina

Finely chopped green chilies

Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder

One teaspoon of dry mango powder

Half a teaspoon of chili powder

Oil for frying

Method of making spinach pakora:

First of all, clean the spinach thoroughly and when the spinach is thoroughly cleaned, chop it finely and keep it in a vessel. Add half a bowl of gram flour, two to three tablespoons of semolina, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, half a teaspoon of chili powder, finely chopped green chilies and one teaspoon of salt to this chopped spinach and mix well.

Keep the mixed batter aside for 5 minutes to set. On the other hand, heat oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, take small amounts of batter with the help of a spoon and fry small pakoras by putting them in the pan.
