Ingredients for making Sev Bhaji:
One bowl of spicy Sev
One finely chopped onion
One to two finely chopped green chillies
Half a teaspoon of cumin seeds
Two tablespoons of ginger garlic paste
Half a teaspoon of chili powder
Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
Half a teaspoon of coriander powder
One teaspoon of Bhaaji masala
One teaspoon of garam masala
Two large finely chopped tomatoes
Finely chopped coriander leaves
2 to 3 teaspoons of oil
Method of making Sev Bhaji:
Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan. Now add finely chopped onion and finely chopped ginger garlic paste and mix well. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder and cumin powder and fry well.
Add sev masala and add two to four teaspoons of water and fry the masala well. When oil starts appearing in the masala, add ground tomatoes and stir and add salt according to taste. Finally cover it with garam masala and cook.
When the spices boil twice, add sev bhaji and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. And your delicious sev bhaji is ready! Serve sev bhaji with pav or tandoori roti.
