Ingredients required to make crispy ladyfinger:

500 grams ladyfinger

One teaspoon salt

One teaspoon turmeric powder

One teaspoon red chilli powder

2 tablespoon gram flour

One tablespoon coriander

One tablespoon Chat Masala

One lemon juice

Oil for frying

Method to make crispy ladyfinger:

You always choose soft and tender ladyfinger to make ladyfinger vegetable, but to make crispy ladyfinger we have to remove the seeds, so we can take slightly bigger sized ladyfinger. Wash the ladyfinger properly and keep it in a sieve and leave it till all the water dries up.

When the ladyfinger dries well, remove the seeds from both sides and also cut the ladyfinger lengthwise into two parts. After that, cut it lengthwise into thin pieces and make three to four pieces. Keep all the ladyfingers like this and remove their seeds. Put all the ladyfinger in a big vessel, add salt and lemon juice and mix well.

Now add red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and one spoon gram flour to the ladyfinger, mix well and leave it for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a pan but make sure that the oil is well heated. And fry the ladyfinger on high flame till it becomes golden brown.

Keep all the ladyfingers together. To make the crispy ladyfingers more delicious, you can sprinkle half a teaspoon of chaat masala on top. Now your crispy ladyfingers are ready! It is very tasty and fun to eat.
