To make crispy bitter gourd
first of all we will marinate the bitter gourd. For this, keep the bitter gourd finely chopped in a vessel. To marinate bitter gourd, mix half a bowl of curd and half lemon juice and put it in the bitter gourd and keep it for half an hour. Using curd and lemon in bitter gourd removes

Now after half an hour, wash the bitter gourd thoroughly with clean water and take it out. Dry the bitter gourd lightly with the help of a cotton cloth. Mix half a teaspoon of turmeric, half a teaspoon of chili powder, half a teaspoon of cumin powder, black pepper powder and salt according to taste.
Keep a pan on high flame and heat half a bowl of oil in it. Keep in mind that the oil should be hot enough. When the oil is hot enough, fry bitter gourds little by little. When the bitter gourd is half cooked, take it out and keep it aside. In this way, fry all the bitter gourds little by little till they are half cooked.
To make bitter gourd even more crispy, we will fry the bitter gourd twice. Fry the bitter gourds again on high flame. This will make the bitter gourd even more crispy. When all the bitter gourds are fried properly, take them out on a tissue paper so that the extra oil can drain out.
Your crispy bitter gourds are ready. Serve them with dal, rice or your favourite food.
