For information, let us tell you that at present there are 267361 eligible ration cards in the district. Apart from this, the number of Antyodaya ration card holders is 37766. All these card holders are taking advantage of the ration scheme. That is why the government is asking to get eKYC done. So that there is no disturbance or fraud of any kind.
Verification is mandatory by 5th January

After this, 40 percent of the ration cards have been verified so far. In such a situation, it is being said that the time limit for ration card verification has been fixed as 5th September. In such a situation, all ration card holders will have to complete this work before 5th September.

The list of cardholders without eKYC is with the ration dealers, if any ration cardholder does not complete the work of eKYC, then he will be deprived of the ration scheme. Strictness has been done by the government regarding this.
At the same time, the government has issued rules by holding open meetings in all the panchayats to complete the work of eKYC verification at the block level. In such a situation, if any ration card holder is found ineligible, legal action will be taken against him. A list is being prepared by weeding out the ineligible ration card holders.
